The MRL Customer Account Manager (CAM) is responsible primarily for maintaining and growing a company generated book of business. The CAM will work with Carrier Sales Management to understand where to garner more freight and ensure rating for the Carrier Sales Managers. The CAM will be the front line relationship to our customers on a daily basis and will need to interface closely with the Outside Sales group and Carrier Management group. The CAM will be responsible for soliciting, creating and tracking orders and communicating with our customers on a daily basis.

General Accountabilities include:
